Bill Bailey's Remarkable Guide  to the Orchestra

Belfast_0463.JPG

Anne was the musical director of Bill Bailey's "Remarkable Guide to the Orchestra".

Anne and Bill wrote music for a 65 piece orchestra to demonstrate the subtleties and intricacies of the orchestra repertoire - such as a cockney version of William Tell, a new score to Eastenders and a Sixties style Cop show with chases, love interest and cigars. Following 3 sell-out nights at the Royal Albert Hall, the show went on a nationwide tour from Cardiff to Newcastle, taking in the O2 in London and Dublin. The show was recorded at the Royal Albert Hall and is released on Blueray and DVD.

If you want to know how an orchestra works - check it out - the truth is out there. Can't guarantee to be wholly accurate!
