This choral work was commissioned by the brilliant Nidaros Cathedral Girls’ Choir and received its world premiere in the famous Nidaros Cathedral in Trondheim.

 

The title comes from Shakespeare’s Troilus and Cressida : “One touch of nature makes the whole world kin”. There are two main themes of this piece - our fractured relationship with the natural world and Nature’s powerful ability to renew itself.
