The Crying Game

Anne composed the score for this 1992 thriller film. The film is very much in two parts beginning as a psychological thriller, as an IRA soldier Fergus (Stephen Rea) kidnaps Jody, a black British soldier (Forest Whitaker). A strange bond develops between them but when the situation ends disastrously, Fergus falls in love with Jody's girlfriend. However all is not straightforward and Fergus is forced to ponder the true meaning of love.
